- Why are you suitable for this position?
I have been in the rp since 4 years and i have learned many good things and faced many bad situations also and i was 4x leader also and that position have teached me how to manage ur org and solve conflicts between a group and i think i have all what it takes to be an admin .
- Relevant Skills (e.g., communication, technical skills): Problem solving skills, Able to handle conflicts ( as a leader i have managed my org very well and some of the current admins are aware of it ) clear communication skills.
5. Additional Information
- Reason for wanting to be an administrator:
-It is a privilege that I have been able to lead organizations 4 Times; it has allowed me to be experienced in leading teams and providing a positive RP environment. This experience has equipped me with knowledge of what is needed to enjoy RP for everyone involved, and I feel I can contribute much more as an admin.
While roleplay has always been an important part of my experience, I feel that now it is time to step back from active roleplay and be involved in the administrative side of things to maintain a fun and even playing field for all players. Through becoming an admin, I would gain the opportunity to use my experience to assist others, enforce rules upon people fairly, and be able to immediately address concerns. My ambition is that the community will grow, meaningful roleplay will be encouraged, and players will have what they need to really enjoy playing.
