Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?

I want to be leader of EMS because I have been member of several other organizations and also have lead multiple other organizations so i believe the ORG needs someone like me with both great leadership experience as well as someone who understands what the org needs right now.

I my self am a team player. I like to help out people in need and also I listen to what other people have to say and respect the ideas and opinions and take actions accordingly.

I have been a high command in EMS and I know howw the thing work in EMS and during the time when I Was in EMS i have learn so much about this organization and want to help out by taking the oppurtunity of being the leader of EMS

Previous leadership experience: 5x Gang deputy, 1x NG Major General Of Airforce , 1x SAHP Trooper, 4x FIB Chief of Staff.Of HR, 2x Dean Of Division Of MD,.3x Head Of Division of MD, 1x COD Of MD/AS/RO.

Your leadership style: Calm collected, I treat all my employees equally, i don't do favoritism I don't like it also.

Your roleplay style: I like to make roleplay calm and friendly so everyone is nice and if everyone is friendly i can make a successful term.

How will you engage the community?

I will introduced so many interviews with state and crime organization so the citizen will know what's going on around the city and know to be on the look out for criminals.
Ideas for new activities within the organization: I will do employee of the week, Best department of the week and etc

I can help draft MDs And HRs, improve response protocols, develop training materials, or analyze incident reports quickly and clearly and assist in interpreting data (e.g., response times, call volumes), identifying trends, and suggesting improvements backed by best practices.Whether it’s staffing challenges, equipment budgeting, or community outreach ideas, I’m always available to brainstorm or refine your strategies. And I will keep all employees equal and I will make sure that there is no favouritism in my org.

Lack of effort + When we ask for leader experience we mean only org leadership not high command.​
