Rules for Filing a Complaint:
Complaint Format:
The topic must strictly follow the designated format.

- Spamming with repetitive complaint topics is prohibited.
- Insults or attempts to provoke insults are strictly forbidden.
- Screenshots must be uploaded to imgur.com.
- Videos should be uploaded to youtube.com or streamable.com.
The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint under the following circumstances:
- The complaint does not follow the proper format.
- Evidence is uploaded to unauthorized sources.
- More than 2 days have passed since the violation occurred (exceptions may apply).
- The complaint contains insults, disrespect, or inappropriate language.
- The complaint is filed by someone not involved in the situation. (The POV should come from the person directly involved in the issue.)
- Evidence is cropped, edited, or altered. (Videos should be at least 1 minute long, though exceptions may apply if the entire situation is clear in less time.)
