Fort Zancudo Raid Rules
Events Regulations (ER-TW)
Rule ER-TW1 – Operating Hours
Fort Zancudo raids may only occur on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 16:00 to 20:00.
Exception: Schedule changes must be announced in the leader chat at least 12 hours in advance.
Sanction: Demorgan 40 minutes to all participants / Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW2 – Server Rules Applicability
All server rules apply during Fort Zancudo raids, except for PowerGaming (PG), Deathmatch (DM), and NonRP Drive (limited to driving with punctured tires).
Sanction: Per standard server rule sanctions
Rule ER-TW3 – Restricted Weapons and Tools
Use of revolvers, sniper rifles (including Mk2 variants), and tasers is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 45 minutes / HardBan 3-5 days + weapon confiscation
Rule ER-TW4 – Inaccessible Elevations
Occupying elevations inaccessible without air vehicles is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 15 minutes
Rule ER-TW5 – Material Vehicle Destruction
Intentionally destroying an enemy’s material vehicle (Speedo) is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 60 minutes
Rule ER-TW6 – Armor Replacement During Combat
Replacing body armor during a firefight is prohibited.
Exception: Armor replacement is allowed behind cover.
Sanction: Demorgan 60 minutes
Rule ER-TW7 – State Faction Revenge Kill
Revenge Killing (RK) by National Guard members is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 60 minutes / WARN
Rule ER-TW8 – State Faction Pre-Preparation
National Guard members are prohibited from preparing for the raid in advance.
Exception: Preparation based on IC information from other state factions is permitted.
Sanction: Verbal warning to leader / Severe warning to leader
Rule ER-TW9 – State Faction Reinforcements
National Guard may request support from other state factions upon receiving raid information.
Sanction: Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW10 – Faction Vehicle Barricades
National Guard may use faction vehicles as barricades or cover.
Exception: Creating impassable mazes or tunnels with vehicles is prohibited.

Rule ER-TW11 – Firing from Vehicles
Firing from vehicles is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 40 minutes
Rule ER-TW12 – Restricted Interiors
Firing from or into the Dispatch Tower or any enclosed interior at Fort Zancudo is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 30 minutes
Rule ER-TW13 – State Faction Support Limits
Other state factions (FIB, LSPD) may provide support to the National Guard only after a /dep report, with a maximum of 10 members per faction.
Exception: Final participant numbers are determined by the state faction curator or GA/ZGA.

Rule ER-TW14 – Checkpoint Blockage
Blocking Checkpoint 1 or Checkpoint 2 is prohibited.
Sanction: Verbal warning to leaders
Rule ER-TW15 – Handcuff Restrictions
Using handcuffs during the raid is prohibited.
Exception: Up to 5 players may be detained for questioning after the raid.
Sanction: Demorgan 45 minutes
Rule ER-TW16 – Material Vehicle Misuse
State factions are prohibited from using criminal organizations’ material vehicles.
Sanction: Demorgan 25 minutes
Rule ER-TW17 – Criminal Faction Eligibility
Only members of criminal factions may participate in the raid.
Sanction: Demorgan 30 minutes
Rule ER-TW18 – Criminal Faction Alliances
Only one in-character (IC) alliance is permitted between criminal factions.
Sanction: Demorgan 50 minutes / Severe warning to leader
Rule ER-TW19 – Criminal Faction Participant Limits
Criminal factions must have 15 to 40 participants.
Exception: Final maximum participant numbers are determined by GA/ZGA; default is 40 if not specified.
Sanction: Demorgan 30 minutes / Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW20 – Criminal Faction Vehicle Requirements
Criminal factions must use faction vehicles or personal vehicles painted in faction colors.
Sanction: WARN
Rule ER-TW21 – Raid Frequency Limit
Each criminal faction may conduct only one raid per day.
Sanction: Demorgan 40 minutes to all participants / Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW22 – Entry Points
Criminal factions may only enter Fort Zancudo through Checkpoint 1 or Checkpoint 2.
Sanction: Demorgan 25 minutes
Rule ER-TW23 – Material Loading During Combat
Loading materials into vehicles during a firefight near the loading point is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 35 minutes / Material confiscation
Rule ER-TW24 – Mandatory Combat Between Criminal Factions
Criminal factions encountering each other at Fort Zancudo must engage in combat.
Sanction: Demorgan 20 minutes / Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW25 – Vehicle Movement Restrictions
Vehicle movement within Fort Zancudo is prohibited.
Exception: Material vehicles (Speedo) are exempt.
Sanction: Demorgan 20-60 minutes
Rule ER-TW26 – Restraint Tools Prohibition
Use of zip ties or bags is prohibited.
Sanction: WARN
Rule ER-TW27 – Robbery and Kidnapping Prohibition
Robbery or kidnapping during the raid is prohibited.
Sanction: WARN
Rule ER-TW28 – Inaction Prohibition
Intentionally idling or delaying after loading materials (e.g., capturing points for combat) is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 45 minutes / Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW29 – Interior Control Prohibition
Controlling or blocking access to the Dispatch Tower, locker room, or any enclosed interior is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 35-60 minutes
Rule ER-TW30 – Material Vehicle Retention
Retaining enemy material vehicles at a faction or allied faction’s respawn is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 45 minutes / Severe warning to leader
Rule ER-TW31 – Material Vehicle Interception
Intercepting enemy material vehicles during or after the raid is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 40 minutes / Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW32 – Vehicle Respawn Prohibition
Respawning vehicles before the raid concludes is prohibited.
Sanction: Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW33 – Video Recording Requirement
Criminal factions must record at least one video of material loading, with original audio, at least 480p quality, and retain it for 72 hours for administrative review.
Sanction: Verbal warning to leader
Rule ER-TW34 – Material Transport
Materials must be transported exclusively in material vehicles (Speedo).
Sanction: Demorgan 60 minutes / Verbal warning to leader + material confiscation
Rule ER-TW35 – Ambushing at Exit Points
Ambushing state faction members at interior exit points (e.g., Dispatch Tower) is prohibited.
Sanction: Demorgan 60 minutes
