Rules for conducting raids

1. The raid is conducted on a specific territory of a criminal faction/family. The territory must be specified in the raid warrant. | Verbal to the leader.
2. The raid is allowed to be conducted only after receiving a warrant and approval from the chief curator of the factions. | Warning to the leader.
Exception: martial law.
3. The main objective of the raid is to take control of the territory, search people and transport that is in this territory, clear the territory of illegal items and detain certain individuals.
Note:
  • If the raid was aimed at capturing a specific person, then he can be detained and taken away for questioning, even if nothing illegal was found.
  • If nothing illegal is found on the detainees, they should be released.
4. After a successful raid, government agencies may destroy 1/2 of the stored materials from the warehouse of the faction that was successfully raided, as well as seize 1/2 of the warehouse.
5. It is prohibited to leave the game during the raid. | WARN / Ban 2-5 days.


Rules for government agencies

1. Only faction transport is allowed. | Jail 40 minutes.
2.1. The minimum number of participants from government organizations is 10 people. | Verbal Warning.
2.2. At least 2 government security Factions must be involved in the raid. | Oral reprimand to the leader.
3. A representative of the management must be present at the raid. | Oral reprimand to the leader.
4. When conducting a raid, the faction hosting the raid must provide a full video recording. If they fail to do so, the raid will not be counted. | 8.
Note: the video recording must be kept for 72 hours, the minimum video quality is 720p, the video recording must clearly show the sound of the game and the author, if necessary, the administration has the right to make a rollback request, players must provide it as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours.
5. When conducting a raid, one of the following transports must be involved: Insurgent, Riot. | Oral reprimand to the leader.
6. It is prohibited to raid the faction territory 30 minutes before the capture. | Verbal to the leader.
Exception: in case of mutual capt, this event is cancelled and rescheduled at the discretion of the chief curator of the faction.
Note: information on capts must be clarified with the senior administration / curator / GA.
7. If the capture was scored during the approach of government agencies to the territory where the raid is being carried out, then the government agency has the right to conduct a raid. The capture will be automatically canceled.
8. It is prohibited to open fire without warning and a compelling IC reason. | Jail 45-60 minutes.
Exception: return fire for defensive purposes, threat to the life and safety of others.
9. It is prohibited to raid one organization more often than once every 48 hours. | Severe reprimand to the leader.
10. Seized items and materials can be delivered to the personal warehouse of the initiating faction.


Rules for criminal Faction/ families

1. It is allowed to request help from allied gangs/IC families by. | Severe reprimand to the leader.
2. It is forbidden to intentionally drain the warehouse during the raid. | Warning to the Leader / Ban 7-30Days Upto PermBan till propperty returns.
3. It is forbidden to transfer / store illegal items in the warehouse of the faction / family / in the trunk of the car both before the event (upon receiving information about the raid) and during it. | Confiscation of items + Warning to the Leader.
4. It is forbidden to intentionally remove the squad from the game. | Severe reprimand to the leader.
5. It is allowed to fight back against government agencies while adhering to the PG rules. | Verbal to the leader / Severe reprimand to the leader.
6. The faction / family whose warehouse was destroyed has the right to intercept the transported materials from government agencies (according to the rules for intercepting supplies).
