Hello,
I was banned because I opened some backpack crates two days ago, which allowed me to receive some Crystal Coins by directly selling the backpacks I obtained.


The total amount of coins collected is approximately 80,000.
Of course, these can be removed from my account, even though the fault does not lie with me, but rather with the person who configured the crates incorrectly.


I therefore kindly ask you to check my CC account, remove the coins, and reactivate the account.
