- Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
I have prior experience as EMS High Command – served as HOD of HR and also as Deputy Chief. I know how to run the department, manage staff, and bring structure.
Right now, EMS is inactive, and that’s a big issue. Citizens are depending on locals or admins for basic medical support.
If I become Chief, my goal is to recruit active members from all time zones and ensure there’s always someone on duty in the lobby

I do not have experience as a leader, but I do have experience as HOD of HR and as Deputy Chief (EMS)
I have been as leader of LI for 3 terms, COS of SAHP, and FIB

Ensure the EMS lobby is never left unattended.
Recruit the best candidates for High Command roles.
Conduct open recruitment for a few days to quickly build up the team and fill all shifts.
Introduce a bonus system based on duty hours.

Follow rules, being realistic, giving best RP to opposite person

Free medical treatments for an hour ( Health Hour ) - Ideas for new activities within the organization:
Doing a medical run with Orgs to check their health and give medical certificates if they don't have one.
Doing medical drills along with all employees
Handing over medical supplies to Legal Orgs

I have experience as High Command in EMS and a solid understanding of the department's operations.
I’m highly active in the city and known for maintaining a good reputation.
I also have strong RP skills specifically related to EMS.
