• Why do you want to be a leader of specific organization?
  I come from grand rp and I have been in gangs for about 3 years. I have 8 deputy experiences and I liked crystal rp more. Now I want to play with my friends here and lead the ballas gangs, have a good time and lead the city. I trust myself and my experience.
• Previous leadership experience:
  8x Deputy all gang and Under Deputy all gangs on grand rp

• Your leadership style:
  I only allow non-toxic, respectful individuals who know the rules to be in my gang. I do my best to include everyone in my gang and not to violate the rules. I am disciplined.
• Your roleplay style:
  Generally, my friends are have good aim, we love to participate events and fight and we do our best to never make mistakes.
  I will do everything I can to win events and promote our gang to the city.
• How will you engage the community?
• and rest assured that I will do my best to ensure activity.
• I plan to add my friends from Grand to the gang and to improve my gang by adding some people to the on game

• Ideas for new activities within the organization:
  Gang Raid: Each gang must be able to raid each other between certain hours, each gang must have 1 raid right per day, and the winning gang must steal equipment from the other gang's warehouse to its own warehouse.

• Why should we choose you and not others?
  I have been doing roleplay for 3 years. I trust my experience and the friendships I have gained during this time, and I think we can manage the ballas in the best way without any warning.
  All of my friends are experienced, not trolls or toxic people, and I think they will never make an rp mistake.

  We loved Crystal RP very much and our aim is to make it more active and better and have a good time.
