2. General Information
Why do you want to be a leader in this specific organization?
i) I have ample RP experience on many project servers. Previously, I've also been the Co-Leader of an active family and have also been the successful leader of the National Guard and LSPD for two terms. Those were two of those project's most successful terms, and it's given me the confidence and experience to come and apply for LSPD leadership in this server.
ii) If I were given this position, I am confident that I could hire qualified officers, provide them with adequate training, and get LSPD to operate at full efficiency. I will do my best to make the department active, structured, and well respected throughout the city.
iii) LSPD is one of the most vital organizations in maintaining law and order. As the leader, I will interact with citizens, listen to their grievances, and take proactive steps to alleviate them, increasing the overall quality of life and safety in the city.

Leadership style:
I command by example, fairness, and strategic decision-making. I am a firm believer in empowering the people under my command, encouraging communications, and leading from the front.
Roleplay style:
i) I will establish a sound HR department to deal with recruitment and training.
ii) There will be zero tolerance for misconduct or toxicity.
iii) Routine city patrols will ensure public safety and police visibility.
iv) All major operations will be pre-planned with full coordination from high command.
v) I will be in open communication with all officers, hear their suggestions, and act upon them.
vi) A well-defined bonus system will be introduced to reward performance and maintain high morale.
4. Vision for the Server
How do you plan to engage the community?
Implement a rewarding and fair bonus system.
Enforce high officer activity and officer presence in the city.
Encourage and motivate officers to actively protect citizens and uphold law and order.
Ideas for new activities in the organization:
Regular Public Relations exercises to win over the trust of civilians
Daily city-wide patrols
Regular border security drills
Cannabis hunt operations and active arrest drives on targeted criminals

I possess good leadership experience from previous projects, having successfully led NG and LSPD before. I know how to structure, motivate, and build an organization to be active and respected. My strategic thinking, discipline, and communication skills set me apart.
